SAY is the specialist employee engagement division of Fair Working Conditions (FWC), an Irish CSR company with almost two decades of tried and tested international experience.

Since 2006, we have worked with clients from a diverse range of industry sectors to promote employee wellbeing and fair working conditions in over fifty countries worldwide.

To say that a person feels listened to means a lot more than their ideas simply being heard. It is a sign of respect. It makes people feel valued."

Employees with a say in their day are more engaged and play a more meaningful and positive role in the workplace. SAY is a collaborative undertaking that feeds the free flow of ideas from shop floor to boardroom, providing stakeholders with invaluable insight and key employee input when taking key business decisions.

Our track record is one of going the extra mile via innovative employee engagement initiatives, supply chain audits, corrective action programs, and tailored training and consultation. People are at the heart of everything we do.

  1. Good employers listen
  2. Employees who are listened to feel more valued
  3. Success
1 + 2 = 3

People are a company’s most valuable asset. Giving them a say will not only confirm your commitment to their wellbeing but will also be reciprocated by heightened motivation, a sense of shared values, and increased staff retention.

The effectiveness of engaging with employees via an impartial third party cannot be overstated. Workers are often more open with an impartial intermediary, and our experienced interviewers are highly adept at putting employees at ease.

Too many employee platforms are simply online surveys. While such questionnaires certainly have value, nothing quite beats on-site for insight. We strongly believe in face-to-face contact and spend time with people in their place of work.

We combine technology with personal engagement. Parallel to on-site interviews, we offer a secure and confidential space for workers to share their thoughts online using unique and randomly allocated PIN codes.

PRE-VISIT

We advise your employees of the site visit date and the program’s goals by email and via communicational material in the workplace. An online questionnaire is activated, and individual personal PINS are allocated to all personnel.

WORKPLACE BILL of HEALTH

Our HR experts liaise closely with in-house HR/management teams to determine headcount, employee demographics, contracts, wages scales, benefits, etc., and affirm these as compliant. We will also conduct a generic OHS tour of the facility and validate general workplace conditions.

SITE VISIT

Our interviewers visit your site and engage in person with as many employees as possible.

ONLINE QUESTIONNAIRE

All employees are invited to submit views online and confidentially. The questionnaire is available for a pre-agreed period (typically two weeks). Participation is voluntary. Absolute confidentiality is guaranteed; no comment is attributed to any individual employee.

REPORTING

All findings are reviewed, validated, and summarized in a confidential written report.
